HOMESTEAD

The fertile soil of Andalucia's Lecrin Valley has made it famous for citrus fruits, avocados and a variety of other crops. Apart from the traditional olives and almonds, Los Lentos also has apple, pear, quince, sharon-fruit, khakis… (Just a few miles south, on the Costa Tropical, you can even find mangos, papayas and sugarcane!). Children, in particular, enjoy spending time in the orchard with the horses, donkeys and mules or playing with the cats and watching the peacocks strutting about the grounds.
