SWIMMING POOL

The ancient irrigation pond that once watered the mill's vegetable gardens has been reincarnated as an outdoor swimming pool and its terrace is an ideal place to enjoy a late-afternoon sun-downer. There is also another large covered terrace that offers shade for reading during the day or for meals on summer evenings…either in conjunction with the hotel kitchen or the barbecues in the garden.
